Customers may return the purchased items within 14 days from the delivery date under the following terms and conditions:
o Items purchased online can be returned via shipping by contacting our customer service team.
o All items must be accompanied with the original purchase receipt and must be in their original packaging along with the labels\tags attached to the items as received (in the same condition as of the time of delivery, unaltered, unused and in full saleable condition).
o For hygiene purposes, we cannot accept return for items of Swimwear and Underwear.
o Refunds will be made in a maximum of 5 working days via bank transfer Only.
Online Return Process
o You must contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp on 0096598044109 during working hours (10:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m.) from Sunday to Thursday or send an email to email@example.com to share your inquiries with our customer service representative.
o You will be requested to provide our customer service representative with the reference of the item that you wish to return.
o You will receive a call from our agent to confirm pickup.
o Upon pick up, our agent will handover a receipt to confirm receiving the returned item.
o Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email/ text message regarding the returned item.
o You will be refunded for the returned items upon the confirmation of the return within 5 working days from the date of receiving the email/ text message.
o In case we found the returned item is not in the same condition in which it was delivered or if it does not comply with our return conditions, then we have the right to refuse the return and resend it to your address (with delivery fee).
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you may do so by contacting our Customer Service via WhatsApp on 0096598044109 during working hours (10:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m.) from Sunday to Thursday or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of having placed the order.
If you have paid by credit card or debit card (K-NET), and you have cancelled your order within 24 hours of placing it, then you will be refunded within 5 working days depending on your bank processing procedures.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations outside of the specified periods as the order will have been processed and can only then be cancelled through our returns/refunds process as mentioned above.
Currently, we are not able to offer exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and you should place a new order for the replacement items.

We reserve the right to monitor returns and to refuse orders from customers with excessive returns levels. However nothing in this returns section is intended to affect any consumer rights that you may have under Kuwait law.
